Vegetables / fruits

1 serving = 80 grams (~2.8 oz.) / 1 cup green leafy vegetables, 1/2 cup chopped or florets vegetables, 1 piece medium tomato or a bell pepper, 1 piece small apple or a similar sized fruit, 1/2 cup of berries etc.

Dairy products

1 serving =1 cup (240 ml or ~8 fl. oz.) of milk or yogurt, 2 slices or 4 x 3 x 2cm cube (40g or ~1.4 oz.) of hard cheese, 1/2 cup (150 g or ~5.3 oz.) of ricotta cheese etc.

Water

1 glass = 200 ml (~6.8 fl. oz.) of water. Tea, fruit and vegetable juices, sport drinks, low-fat milk are included.

How many servings do you eat in an average week?

Fish

Oily fish includes salmon, trout, sardines, mackerel, herring, anchovies etc. 1 serving = 115-130 grams (~4-4.5 oz.) (raw weight) of fish.
