When you are shopping on www.vitamin360.com and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased, removed, out of stock, or moved to your Wish List. Options in the Shopping Cart include:

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting the My Account / Orders page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Vitamin360.com orders.

When you click on My Account / Orders you will be prompted to log in with your saved account e-mail address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Depending on the shipping company, you can click the “Track” button under the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours.

4.9.Understanding The Status Of My Order #

The status of your order is available in your Order History right after you place an order and is automatically updated each time your order moves a step further in the process.

4.10.How Is Order Status Different From Tracking Information? #

The status of your order is supplied by Vitamin360.com, and your order status between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as GLS, DPD) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available.

4.11.Tracking Your Order #

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information.

However, it may take up to 3 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier’s tracking system after shipment.

That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 3 full business days.

Orders placed on www.vitamin360.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

4.12.Finding Your Order Status #

The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

4.13.I'm Missing An Item From My Order. What Do I Do? #

If an item is missing from your order please check your invoice if the missing item is listed on it, or check your email confirmation for possible multiple tracking numbers. (Order may have been sent in multiple packages).

4.14.When Will My Order Ship? #

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 2 to 10 full business days except for Military APO/FPO addresses, depending on your location what you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

4.15.What Do I Do If My Package Is Damaged? #

When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

If there is extensive damage to the package, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Representative at customercare@vitamin360.com . Please be sure to attach your order number within the email.

4.16.My Order Needed Verification. Will It Ship Today? #

If your order is held for verification purposes (most commonly billing or address verification) it will ship as soon as we can resolve the issue. This often involves getting additional information from you.

4.17.Changing Or Cancelling Your Order #

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

7.1.Damaged / Defective Items #

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 2 days of delivery at customercare@vitamin360.com. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Vitamin360.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

7.2.Returning An Item #

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned, unused in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
